Laser Diode Bar Stacker & Unstacker VDSB3000
Opto System Fully Automatic VDSB3000 integrates the LD Bar stacking and unstacking process in a single machine .The tool is design to accurately stack LD bars separated by spaces in a jig , by picking them up from the tape mounted on a frame and loading them in a customized jig. The stacked jig is then removed and used to facilitate plasma coating of the bars on both facets. The coated jig is reloaded to the machine for the unstacking process. This is completed by automatically picking up the laser bars and placing them on the frame or Gel -Pak to create an array of coated bars while simultaneously arranging the spacers on a separate frame or discarding the spacers in a box.
