Laser Diode Bar Handler【 VJSB2000 】Stacker
This machine measures the cavity size of the laser diode bars on a tray and stack them with dummy bars on a tray into the fixture for the coating process.
While the stacking height is out of the assigned level, the dummy bars only are stacked before stacking laser diode bars.
When it’s within the assigned stacking height area, the laser bars only are stacked.
Perform the stacking process flexibly, based on the assigned parameters.

Also able to put the laser diode bars on the measurement stage temporarily after the cavity size check ( max 10 laser diode bars )
Then start to stack them from the wider length sequence.

Selected Operation Mode Measure the cavity size of the laser diode bar one by one, execute the pattern judgment and then stack it
Stacking Cycle for 1st laser diode bar Within 27 sec / 1laser bar
Stacking Cycle for 2nd laser diode bar or later Within 20 sec / 1laser bar
(varies a little, depending on the conditions.)
Selected Operation Mode Put the laser bars on the measurement stage temporarily ( 5 laser bars can be set ). Then stack them, based on the cavity size order.
Stacking Cycle Within 2 minutes at the setting of 5 laser diode bars

③Safety Solutions
The emergency stop push button switches are installed.
The protection covers are assembled to prevent from pinching hands or fingers.
The auto operation can not be done while the cover is opened.
If the cover is opened during the auto operation, the machine will have one cycle stop.
The equipments above the machine (CRT etc.) are tightly fixed in order to avoid falling down at the earthquake.
