Our high-speed pick and place handlers provide customized solution and support for a number of device types including optical, automobile ,mobile and power . Chip Handler CH6000 is one of our flagship handlers .This machine was developed to process power device for the automobile industry measures power devices at the bare chip level and sort them out based on its measurement results. The machine design includes a chip supply/loader unit , chip test unit and a chip array /unloader unit. The chip supply unit loads the material from the wafer dicing ring or chip tray. Chips are then transferred to the chip tester unit to complete static and dynamic characteristic testing .After testing the chips are sorted based on measurement results and unloaded to tape or tray at the array/unloader unit.
Chip Handler CH6000 offers excellent productivity .This high-accuracy chip testing and sorting machine is suitable for both R & D and high-volume production environment.
