Bar Unstacker VKSB3000
The VKSB3000 Fully automatic LD Bar Unstacker automatically , picks up laser diode bars and spacers from a coating jig, and transfers them alternately to a frame, gel-pak , tray or a trash box.
The coated jig is loaded to the machine for unstacking where the machine automatically picks up the coated LD bars, transfer the bars to the separation table, before aligning and placing them in an array on tape (for the singulation process) or Gel-Pak (for shipment) .Spacers are arranged on a separate frame or discarded in a box.
The machine incorporated a number of design features to facilitate efficient high-volume unstacking of LD bars including an optimized Jig station with original designed separation mechanism.
