LD Bar Unstacker with Optical Inspection VKSV3000
Opto System fully automatic Bar Unstacker with optical inspection VKSV3000 is designed to perform visual inspection and sorting of laser diode bars.
The machine performs both functions seamlessly by picking up spacers and the laser bars alternately from the coated jig fixture, inspecting the bars from all sides and placing the sorted LD bars in a frame or Gel-pak and the spacers on a grip ring.
Inspection is performed on an inspection stage by taking high resolution pictures of the p-side and both facets. Sorting is completed according to the visual inspection criteria.
